Service Level Agreement
Plexcom's SDSL Service Level Agreement is comprised of 3 primary areas: Service Availability, Packet Loss and System Latency.
• Service Availability and Service Interruptions - We guarantee 99.9% network uptime on a monthly basis. We guarantee repair time within 18 hours of service interruptions or you will be issued a credit for service downtime.
• Packet Loss - Less than 1% packet loss on the network.
• System Latency - Message sent from your location will average less than 120 milliseconds for the roundtrip to a test point on Plexcom's Network and or Parnter Networks.
If Plexcom fails to meet any and or all of the components of the SDSL Service Level Agreement the customer will recieve credits for service based on the parameters defined in the Business SDSL Service Level Agreement.

Installation
Professional installation is required for a one-time charge of $225.00. Professional Installation is free after Instant Discount.* Service will be performed by an installer certified by Plexcom.
IP Addressing
SDSL customers will recieve five static ip addresses. Up to a maximum of 253 useable IP address are available for an additional fee.
*SDSL instant discount will appear as a one time credit on first months billing.
Phone Line Requirements
No landline Phone Service Required.
