PlexConnect IP Select comes with Enterprise Premium features for all extensions. You can over subscribe your extensions to lines up to a 4 to 1 ratio. This simulates more how a traditional phone trunking in house pbx setup would work. Most businesses do not need a dedicated line for every employee with IP Select you can enjoy the benefits of additional savings and Enterprise Premium features for all employees in a solution customized to meet the needs of your business.

Additional Service Features:
Assitant Toolbar - allows you to control key phone features directly from a toolbar in Outlook and/or Internet Explorer. Easily click to dial your Outlook contacts directly from Outlook as well as your speed dial, personal and enterprise group directory contacts from the toolbar. You can also access your recieved, missed and dialed calls from the toolbar. This is one option that will make salespeoples jobs much easier.
Conferencing - Enables the setup, use and monitoring of conferences via a web interface. Conference service includes: audio conferencing, moderator control, PIM integration (automated email invitations and Outlook calendar entries), Reporting (web based reporting, department and project codes).
Music on Hold - Enables group administrators to upload audio files onto the system to be broadcast to parties on hold or you can play the default music that comes with music on hod service.
Alternate Numbers - Don't just limit yourself to numbers in the area code your office is located, for a nominal charge, you can have a number from any city ring any location.
Toll Free Numbers - Enables users to assign toll-free numbers to existing local numbers, (DID's).
