Service Level Agreement
Plexcom's Business Broadband Service Level Agreement covers service availability, and mean-time-to-repari most DSL and Cable "best effort" services do not offer service level agreements.
• Service Availability and Service Interruptions - We guarantee 99.9% network uptime on a monthly basis. We guarantee repair time within 6 hours of service interruptions.
If Plexcom fails to meet the components of the Business Broadband Service Level Agreement the customer will recieve credits for service based on the parameters defined in the Business Broadband Service Level Agreement.
30 Day Trial
Order Plexcom Business Broadband Service and try it for 30 days if you are not completely satisfied with the service Plexcom will refund installation, equipment and monthly service fees without additional obligation for the service agreement. See the Terms and Conditions for details.
Installation
Installation will take place within 2 to 5 business days from order date in most instances. Installation will be performed by a certified installer of Plexcom Networks.
IP Addressing
Business Broadband customers will recieve one static ip addresses. Up to a maximum of 253 useable IP address are available for an additional fee.
Plexcom also offers DSL and T1 Internet Service.
